Scope & Content The item is a souvenir of the opening of The Grand opera house dated October 13, 1890. The item is a souvenir booklet that features flowers on the cover and a play quote. It is bound with a red tie binding. It includes information about the building of the opera house, quotes from famous plays, and upcoming plays. The back also has a play quote. The booklet was produced by the Repository Press and was perfumed from a popular drugstore whose address appears to be 85 North Market Street, Canton, Ohio. Booklet also includes listing of names of stockholders, people that contributed to construction of building, and the cast of Fauvette.
